Itinerary:
Ourika valley excursion is a wonderful day trip that will let you to explore the authentic Berber villages and beautiful stone clayed houses as well as spending time with the Berber people and learn more about their life in the mountains.
Our excursion starts at 9H Am by picking you up from your accommodation and drive by an air-conditioned SUV or Mini Van for almost 1H: 40min in the direction of the Atlas Mountains. On the way to Ourika valley we will have stop in one of the cooperatives where the Berber women are extracting the Argan oil; there you will learn how this process is done.
On the same way we can have visit to Tnin-Ourika souk; which is weekly market every Monday. Not long after that we will be in the village of Stti-fatma to have a guided walk to explore the valley and river as well as the beautiful waterfalls. Lunch will be in a local restaurant besides the valley so you can enjoy the beauty of the place while having your delicious meal.
On the way back we will have stop to visit Anima garden one of the imaginative gardens in the area then we return to Marrakech where our excursion will finish in the evening.
